To explore a standard procedure for the treatment of combined dorsal and palmar internal fixation for complex four part distal radius fractures and assess its clinical results. From May 2009 to October 2016, 38 patients(39 sides)who suffered from complex four part distal radius fractures were performed operatively with open reduction and internal fixation via combined dorsal and palmar approach in Department of Orthopaedic Trauma, Qilu Hospital of Shandong University(Qingdao). The HOF results indicated that the presence of the substituents -NH, -NO, -NHNO, and -N markedly increases the HOFs of bis-1,2,4-trizaole compounds. The calculated detonation velocities and detonation pressures indicated that the presence of the substituents -NH, -NO, -NHNO, -CH(NO), and -OH strongly enhances the detonation properties of bis-1,2,4-trizaole compounds.

The present study aimed to explore the biological function of Sirt7 in CRC tissues and cell lines, and to investigate the potential underlying mechanism by performing reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction analyses, western blot analyses, luciferase reporter assays, cell proliferation and invasion assays. It was demonstrated that Sirt7 presented a higher expression in CRC tissues and cell lines compared with that in normal tissues and cells, and this higher expression was correlated with the tumor size, the tumor, node and metastasis stage and distant metastasis.

Site-selective growth on non-spherical seeds provides an indispensable route to hierarchical complex nanostructures that are interesting for diverse applications. In this paper, three series of CaAlSiN₃:Eu (denoted as CASN:Eu) phosphors using Eu₂O₃, EuN and EuB₆ as raw materials respectively are fabricated by under the alloy precursor normal pressure nitridation synthesis condition. We demonstrate that CASN:Eu using nano-EuB₆ as raw material shows higher emission intensity than others, which is ascribed to the increment of Eu ionic content entering into the crystal lattice.

Despite advances in genomic analysis, the molecular origin of neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) is complex and poorly explained by described oncogenes. The neurotrophic TRK family, including 1, 2, and 3, encode the proteins TRKA, TRKB, TRKC, respectively, involved in normal nerve development.
