This study was to investigate whether the programmed death-1 (PD-1)/programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) and T-helper 17 (Th17)/regulatory T (Treg) balance are associated with chronic apical periodontitis (CAP) relived by 0.1% nano-silver.
