Purpose: To compare the performance of activities of daily living (ADL) in Primary open-angle glaucoma patients and non-glaucoma normal controls using virtual reality (VR) simulation at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital.
Materials And Methods: This was a comparative clinical analysis involving primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) patients. A total of 86 patients were enrolled (43 cases and 43 normal non-glaucoma).
To ascertain an association between keratoconus and allergic conjunctivitis and to know if it is necessary to investigate all patients with allergic conjunctivitis for keratoconus. A hospital-based prospective study in which the eyes of children presenting with ocular allergic diseases were examined. Social demographics and clinical data were captured in a questionnaire.

This is a retrospective review of congenital defects of the eye and adnexia over a 20-month period at a tertiary referral center in Lagos, Nigeria. Records were analyzed for age at presentation, laterality, gender, vision assessment, and type(s) of abnormality.
