Unlabelled: With the expansion of domesticated microbes producing biomaterials and chemicals to support a growing circular bioeconomy, the variety of waste and sustainable substrates that can support microbial growth and production will also continue to expand. Social media platforms can generate valuable insights into patient-reported health outcomes as the content is produced at high resolution by patients and caregivers, representing experiences that may be unavailable to most clinicians.
Objective: In this study, we aimed to determine the validity and effectiveness of advanced natural language processing approaches built to derive insight into PCC-related patient-reported health outcomes from social media platforms Twitter and Reddit.
Objective: The risk factors for postnatal depressive symptoms (PNDS) are numerous, but little is known about the protective factors or the interactions between different exposures. The present study explored the pathways between maternal, infant and parenthood vulnerabilities or risk/protective factors and PNDS at 2 months postpartum (PP) in a large sample of women from the general population.
Methods: We used data from the French ELFE cohort, a nationally representative cohort of children followed-up from birth.
Objective: Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R) agonists (GLP-1RA) and fibroblast growth factor-21 (FGF21) confer similar metabolic benefits. GLP-1RA induce FGF21, leading us to investigate mechanisms engaged by the GLP-1RA liraglutide to increase FGF21 levels and the metabolic relevance of liraglutide-induced FGF21.
Methods: Circulating FGF21 levels were measured in fasted male C57BL/6J, neuronal GLP-1R knockout, β-cell GLP-1R knockout, and liver peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha knockout mice treated acutely with liraglutide.

Purpose: To determine the test-retest reliability of a total body recumbent stepper (TBRS) submaximal exercise test and to examine its relationship with other measures throughout the International Classification of Functioning that are indicative of overall health in individuals with traumatic brain injury (TBI).
Methods: Twenty-three ambulatory individuals with severe, chronic (>6 mos) TBI completed a TBRS submaximal exercise test, 6-minute walk test (6MWT), and Mayo Portland Adaptability Inventory (MPAI-4) at initial testing. A repeat TBRS submaximal exercise test was conducted 4-7 days later.
Academic institutions need to maintain publication lists for thousands of faculty and other scholars. Our application of deep learning identified age, duration of caregiving, amount of alcohol intake, weight, myocardial infarction (MI) and frequency of MCI symptoms for Blacks and Hispanics whereas frequency of MCI symptoms, income, weight, coronary heart disease (CHD), age, and use of e-cigarette for the others as the strongest correlates of poor health among 81 variables entered.
