Regional regression analysis is commonly used to estimate streamflows when long-term continuous streamflow records are not available.

Reference stream gages are commonly used for a variety of hydrologic studies and water resources management purposes. Reference gage selection methods have been extensively investigated in literature. However, the posterior assessment of reference gages is a long-standing challenge faced by water resources managers.

Cytomegalovirus infection and immunity in renal allograft recipients: assessment of the competence of humoral immunity.

Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infections are prevalent in renal allograft recipients. The purpose of this ongoing study is to attempt to elucidate the mechanism(s) responsible for the enhanced susceptibility to CMV infections on the part of transplant patients and for their apparent inability to eradicate the infection once it starts. The present report assesses the competence of humoral immunity to CMV in renal allograft recipients.
