The liver function test is an imperative element in chemotherapy management due to the idiosyncratic reaction of chemotherapy drugs. This study primly aimed to replace the toxic fragments of known protein tyrosine kinases inhibitors (PTKi) to develop safe and effective chemotherapy. All the current PTKi's were docked with the tyrosine kinases and metabolic enzymes to study the affinities on the target.

Methicillin-resistant (MRSA) and multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) is a leading cause of severe hospital and infection-related morbidity and mortality in the general population. Various biotic and abiotic factors regulate carbon dioxide (CO) absorption and emission in coastal waters. Factors controlling the regional air-sea CO fluxes were studied in Tuticorin Bay, a highly urbanized region along the southeast coast of India. Background: A community-based program for the comprehensive management of communication disorders among individuals with cleft lip and/or palate (CLP) was implemented in two rural districts in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. The program was successful in terms of early surgical repair, orthodontic management and speech correction; however, audiological surveillance was challenging due to poor follow-up rates.

Purpose: The aim of the study was to compare tele-audiological and in-person audiological surveillance to identify the most beneficial approach for the identification and treatment of middle ear disease (MED) in individuals with CLP in this rural community-based program.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to devise a grassroots-level strategy for identification and management of middle ear disorders in a community-based program for individuals with cleft lip and palate in 2 rural districts in the state of Tamil Nadu in South India.

Method: Community workers underwent training to conduct video otoscopy using the ENTraview device. Community workers conducted video otoscopy on 160 individuals with cleft lip and palate between 3 and 35 years old in the community.

Fluoroquinolones (FQs) belong to the class of quinolone drugs that are used to treat Urinary tract infections (UTIs) through inhibition of DNA gyrase. Resistance to FQs poses a serious problem in the treatment against resistant strains of which are associated with Ser83 to Leu and Asp87 to Asn mutations at the quinolone resistance determining region (QRDR) of the GyrA subunit of DNA gyrase. Mutant DNA GyrA (mtDNA GyrA) is deemed to be a significant target for the development of novel FQ drugs.

Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is a recognized brain disorder most commonly associated with hypertension, toxemia of pregnancy, or the use of immunosuppressive agents. Its clinical features include headache, decreased alertness, confusion, diminished spontaneity of speech, seizures, vomiting, and abnormalities of visual perception like cortical blindness. Magnetic resonance imaging shows edematous lesions primarily involving the posterior supratentorial white matter.
