[Diagnostics and treatment of intraductal papillary mucinous pancreas neoplasm].

A clinical case of a 71-year-old patient with intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasia (IPMN) is presented. The diagnosis was established using endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography. Asymptomatic course, absence of pain syndrome, obstruction, exocrine and endocrine pancreatic failure, relatively satisfactory general health, but the presence of structural changes: an increase cyst in the head of the pancreas measuring 27×23 mm, expansion of the main pancreatic duct up to 13 mm raised doubts about the choice of treatment tactics, the need for surgical intervention.

[Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of rebamipide. New possibilities of therapy: A review].

[Effectiveness of empirical eradication therapy with furazolidone in Russia: results from the European Registry on Management (Hp-EuReg)].

Role of silymarin as antioxidant in clinical management of chronic liver diseases: a narrative review.

Chronic liver disease (CLD), manifested as hepatic injury, is a major cause of global morbidity and mortality. CLD progresses to fibrosis, cirrhosis, and-ultimately-hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) if left untreated. The different phenotypes of CLD based on their respective clinical features and causative agents include alcoholic liver disease (ALD), non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), metabolic-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD), and drug-induced liver injury (DILI).

Non-invasive Screening of Autoimmune Atrophic Gastritis in Asymptomatic Subjects by Serological Biomarker Test (GastroPanel).

Background/aim: To estimate the prevalence of autoimmune atrophic gastritis (AAG) in the Russian Federation, a systematic screening of asymptomatic healthy adults by non-invasive biomarker testing was conducted. The aim was i) To test the validity of non-invasive serological screening for AAG; ii) to establish the prevalence of AAG among asymptomatic adults.

The Russian consensus on exo- and endocrine pancreatic insufficiency after surgical treatment was prepared on the initiative of the Russian "Pancreatic Club" on the Delphi method. His goal was to clarify and consolidate the opinions of specialists on the most relevant issues of diagnosis and treatment of exo- and endocrine insufficiency after surgical interventions on the pancreas. Prevalence of Clostridium Difficile-Associated Diarrhoea in Hospitalised Patients (Results of a Russian Prospective Multicentre Study).

Introduction: The objective of the study was to evaluate the prevalence of Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhoea (CDAD) among hospitalised patients with antibiotic-associated diarrhoea (AAD) in general and by specific types of medical care and hospital units.

Methods: A prospective, cross-sectional, non-interventional, multicentre study. The main inclusion criteria were: patient age ≥ 18 years, hospital stay of at least 48 h, current antibiotic therapy or antibiotic therapy within the previous 30 days, loose stools (Bristol stool types 5-7 and stool frequency ≥ 3 within ≤ 24 consecutive hours or exceeding normal for the patient) and signed informed consent form.
