Nonbacterial thrombotic endocarditis involving both the tricuspid and aortic valves.

A 71-year-old male presented after sudden onset of confusion and expressive aphasia. MRI head revealed multiple ischemic lesions consistent with cardio-embolic pathophysiology. A computed tomography angiography of lung showed peripheral pulmonary emboli.
