The results of the computational and the physicochemical studies of the encapsulation of resveratrol with β-cyclodextrin are presented here. At first, the molecular docking experiments predicted good binding. Several MD simulations and MM-PBSA experiments confirmed the reliable binding, showing optimal kinetics and energy.

The article demonstrates that patients with chronic obstructive lung disease (COLD) of both mixed and bronchitis forms with medium severity grade appeared to have 2 types of changes in morphologic types of serum faces. Patients with various clinical forms of severe COLD presented unidirectional change in morphologic types of serum faces. Patients with various forms of moderate COLD had one variant of morphologic types of serum faces was close to that in the patients with more severe clinical course--so that face can be considered as a "transitional form" between moderate and severe COLD.

Studying of synthesis and anti-inflammatory activity of a number of new derivatives of N-acylsubstituted of thiosemicarbazide and product of their heterocyclization (thiadiazole). In work the following reagents are used: hydrazide of N-morfolinilacetic acids, allil-, benzoil-, 4-brom-benzoil isothiocyanates. IR spectrums of compounds are removed on a spectrometer from Fourier converter by "AVATAR-320" in tablets with KBr, 1H NMR spectra were recorded on Bruker DRX500 spectrometer with a frequency of 500 MHz in DMSO-d6 solution relative to internal tetramethylsilane standard.

Aim: To study the influence of environmental factors (EFs) on the development of cardiovascular diseases in the population of industrial towns of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Subjects And Methods: The investigation covered an 18-59-year-old adult population who had been living in the urbanized areas of the Republic of Kazakhstan for at least 10 years, who worked in harmless conditions and were unregistered as having chronic diseases. At Stage 1, screening (a therapist's examination, blood general and immunological tests, and electrocardiography) was carried out for risk group persons who underwent in-depth clinical examination (blood biochemical test) at Stage 2.

The possibility of using a hydrogel based on divinyl ether co- and terpolymer of diethylene glycol as the backbone polymer for incorporating water-soluble medicinal substances was examined. The character of the influence of emulsifiers, plasticizers, high-boiling liquids and bioactive substances is defined within the changes of physical-chemical properties of obtained hydrogels. The obtained polyelectrolyte hydrogels by their homogeneity, dehydration and rheological characteristics may be of concern in function of matrices to create external prolonged-action dosage forms.

Experiments on 21 rats helped to study influence of mechanical rubber dust on cellular immunity state in bronchial and alveolar lavage, efficiency of Ruvimine for prophylaxis. Findings are that mechanical rubber dust is strongly cytotoxic. Ruvimine administration during the whole experiment demonstrates therapeutic and prophylactic effect and normalizes local pulmonary phagocytosis.
