Despite much progress in training artificial intelligence (AI) systems to imitate human language, building agents that use language to communicate intentionally with humans in interactive environments remains a major challenge. We introduce Cicero, the first AI agent to achieve human-level performance in , a strategy game involving both cooperation and competition that emphasizes natural language negotiation and tactical coordination between seven players. Cicero integrates a language model with planning and reinforcement learning algorithms by inferring players' beliefs and intentions from its conversations and generating dialogue in pursuit of its plans.

Alternative binders activated by forced carbonisation are regarded as one of the potential solutions to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, water, and energy consumption. Such binders, in particular those based on nepheline sludge (a by-product of alumina production), cured in carbon dioxide with subsequent hydration, are clinkerless building materials. The development of such binders contributes to the involvement of multi-tonnage solid industrial waste in the production cycle.

Objective: The article considers the possibility of treating patients with acute traumatic perforation of the eardrum with a single application of blood plasma enriched with platelet-derived growth factors in the perforation area. As a result of the studies, it was found that the acceleration of its closure and the restoration of hearing.

Material And Methods: The study included 43 patients with unilateral acute PBP of various etiologies (Table 1).

The article is dedicated to the research and development of intensive methods for curing products by capturing and binding CO. It aims to improve and increase the productivity of technologies for the production of artificially carbonated building materials and products. Soda production wastes, limestone dust and finely dispersed limestone dust were used as the research objects.

The paper presents a case of rare localization histiocytoma of the oropharynx. Some authors consider the existence of this category of tumors controversial, others prefer to consider them tumors of unclear Genesis. Benign fibrous histiocytoma is quite common in the form of a small node with fairly clear boundaries, most often localized on the skin of various parts of the body.

The paper describes 11 cases of local tumor-like amyloidosis (LTA) of the upper respiratory tract, among which laryngeal amyloidosis was most common. The clinical diagnosis of suspected local amyloidosis was made in only two cases. The diagnosis of local amyloidosis was established at a morphological examination of a distant neoplasm, by using special Congo red staining followed by polarizing microscopy.

Mucosal neuromas, or ganglioneuromas, attract attention as a frequent component of multiple endocrine neoplasia (MEN) syndrome type 2B. The paper describes a clinical and morphological case of solitary oropharyngeal ganglioneuroma in a 60-year-old man, whose observation has not revealed its apparent association with the MEN syndrome.

Objective: To determine whether Epstein-Barr virus and human papillomavirus (HPV) types 6, 11, 16, 18, 35, and 43 DNA can be present in inverted papilloma (IP) and associated sinonasal carcinoma.

Material And Methods: The investigation was carried out using tissue samples obtained during surgery from 76 cases of IP and 4 cases of sinonasal carcinoma that had developed in the presence of IP. PCR was performed in 41 cases of IP and in 4 cases of sinonasal carcinoma; immunohistochemistry was done in 15 cases of IP to identify HPV L1 capsid protein.

The paper describes a case of nasal glial heterotopia in a 10-month-old girl with a mixed (intranasal and subcutaneous) localization, which is accompanied by the divergence of the nasal bones. Histological examination supplemented by immunohistochemical reactions with antibodies to vimentin, S100 protein, neuron-specific enolase, as well as Ki-67 and smooth muscle actin confirmed the neural nature of the tumor. Fields of mature astrocytic glia including individual cells with neuronal differentiation were found among the fibrous and fibrovascular tissues.

Boiling of chrysotile of the textile brand PRZh1-50 in concentrated hydrochloric acid for 10, 15, and 20 minutes gave rise to three chrysotile-asbestos samples. The content of MgO decreased from to 24, 19, and 9%, respectively. As compared with the baseline values, the number and force of positively charged electrical centers were less in the samples containing 24 and 19% MgO and more in the sample having 9% MgO; the negatively charged centers were present in the former two samples and absent in the third one.

Thermal treatment, autoclaving and their combination yielded 3 samples of chrysotile-asbestos. With these, as compared with parent Type PRZh-1-50 Bazhenov chrysotile, the structure of fibers deteriorated and the number of negative discharges increased in the first two samples; the superficial structure substantially increased and the number of positive centers greatly decreased in the third sample. The ratio of positive to negative centers was less in all treated samples than that in the parent one, it decreased particularly during combined treatment.
