Differences of sex development (DSD) refer to various congenital conditions affecting the urogenital and hormonal systems. Accurate diagnosis and personalized management are crucial for supporting patients through complex decisions, such as those related to gender identity. This study represents the first comprehensive investigation into DSD in Iran, analyzing patient's clinical and genetic data between 1991 and 2020.

This study aimed to evaluate the cost -effectiveness of peer education for improving medication adherence in the elderly with hypertension.

Methods: This randomized clinical trial involved 74 elderly individuals with hypertension who were referred to health centers affiliated to Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in 2019.

The purpose of the current study is to investigate the effect of aquatic extract against the oxidative damage induced by aluminum chloride intoxication in Alzheimer's model of Wister rats. Rats were divided randomly into seven groups ( = 10). Control group received no treatment, sham group received distilled water orally, aluminum group (AL) was administered AlCl (100 mg/kg) orally, extract 1 and 2 groups were treated with only aqueous extract (DRE) (500 and 1000 mg/kg), and treatment 1 and 2 groups received aqueous extract (500 and 1000 mg/kg) and AlCl (100 mg/kg) orally.
