Purpose: Bone metastases (BM) and skeletal-related events (SRE) are frequent in patients with malignant pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PPM) and the best modality of prevention unknown. The role of interventional radiology (IR) techniques for the prevention of SRE in the multidisciplinary management of malignant PPM has not been evaluated in that setting.

Background: Recommended treatments of patients with advanced biliary tract cancer (aBTC) are limited to one chemotherapy doublet. Nevertheless, efficacy of treatment personalisation for aBTCs is supported by accumulating evidences but remains to be evaluated.

Patients And Methods: Patients with aBTCs included in the prospective clinical trial MOSCATO-01 were treated by at least one previous systemic treatment, had an ECOG performance status of 0-1, and at least one tumour site accessible to biopsy.

Aneurysms of the renal artery and its branches are rare, but are associated with significant morbimortality due to the absence of clinical symptoms and hemorrhagic risk in the event of rupture. We report the case of a patient with an aneurysm of a distal branch of the right renal artery that measured 25 mm in diameter. The diagnosis and localization were obtained using selective arteriography.
