Background: It is still unclear whether reverse total shoulder arthroplasty (RTSA) has advantages over traditional hemiarthroplasty (HA) and anatomic total shoulder arthroplasty (ATSA) in the treatment of complex shoulder joint diseases. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of RTSA in the treatment of complex shoulder joint diseases and further determine whether it is necessary to expand the indications of RTSA.
Method: We conducted a systematic search of studies published between January 1, 2012 and May 31, 2023 in PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane databases.
Background: Femoral neck fractures in young adults(<65 years), have always been a difficult problem, characterized by high rates of nonunion and avascular necrosis (AVN). The clinical efficacy of anatomical reduction and non-anatomical reduction methods needs to be supported by clinical data. Therefore, we conduct a meta-analysis on the clinical efficacy of different reduction methods to better guide clinical practice.

Background: The purpose of this study was to assess the influence of developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) on patella alignment.
Methods: The radiographic data of all the patients who met the inclusion criteria from January 2015 to July 2017 were reviewed, including the quadriceps angle (QA), patellar lateral tilt (PTA), sulcus angle (SA), lateral shift of patella (LSP), and lower limbs alignment. The patients were divided into three groups in accordance with lateral center-edge angle (LCE) and femoral neck torsion angle (FNTA): group A (LCE > 25° and FNTA < 40°), group B (LCE < 20° and FNTA < 40°), and group C (LCE < 20° and FNTA > 40°).
Objectives: The aim of this study is to investigate the efficacy of fibula fixation in the early treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH).
Methods: 130 patients with ONFH were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group received core decompression treatment, while patients in the observation group received fibula fixation.
