Background: To explore the feasibility and safety of aflexible ureteroscopy with intelligent control of renal pelvic pressure(FUS-ICP) without a post-operative indwelling urinary catheter .
Methods: In this retrospective study, we assessed patients with upper urinary tract stones who were treated with FUS-ICP at the Ganzhou People's Hospital from February 2022 to December 2023. Patients were divided into the non-urinary catheter (non-UC) and urinary catheter (UC) groups according to whether an indwelling catheter was used after surgery.
Objective: The purpose of this research was to develop a model for brain metastasis (BM) in limited-stage small cell lung cancer (LS-SCLC) patients and to help in the early identification of high-risk patients and the selection of individualized therapies.
Methods: Univariate and multivariate logic regression was applied to identify the independent risk factors of BM. A receiver operating curve (ROC) and nomogram for predicting the incidence of BM were then conducted based on the independent risk factors.
Background: Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) is a highly lethal malignant tumor lacking effective treatments; 20% of ESCC patients develop liver metastasis with an extremely short survival time of ≈5 months. The tumor microenvironment (TME) plays a crucial role in tumor homeostasis, but the relationship between the ESCC TME and liver metastasis is still unknown.
Methods: To identify potential cell populations contributing to ESCC liver metastasis, single-cell RNA (scRNA) sequencing data were analyzed to identify the major cell populations within the TME.

Objective: To study the clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prognostic factors of patients with postradiation nasopharyngeal necrosis (PRNN) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).
Methods: Sixty patients with PRNN were studied retrospectively, 50 males and 10 females, age ranging from 30 - 70 years of (median 51.5 years).
