Determination of Compassion Satisfaction and Compassion Fatigue Among Surgical Nurses.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to examine the level of compassion satisfaction and compassion fatigue in surgical nurses.
Design: A descriptive and relationship-seeking study.
Methods: The study sample consisted of 200 surgical nurses working in surgical units.
Objective: To find out the opinions concerning vaccine hesitancy of people and influencing factors who had not received COVID-19 vaccination.
