Importance: The National Cancer Institute comprehensive cancer centers (CCCs) lack spatial and temporal evaluation of their self-designated catchment areas.
Objective: To identify disparities in cancer stage at diagnosis within and outside a CCC's catchment area across a 10-year period using spatial and statistical analyses.
Design, Setting, And Participants: This cross-sectional, population-based study conducted between 2010 and 2019 utilized cancer registry data for the Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel CCC (SKCCC).

As prepubertal postnatal development proceeds, the activity and contribution of satellite cells to skeletal muscle growth diminishes. Eventually, at around puberty, a population of satellite cells escapes terminal commitment, continues to express the paired box transcription factor Pax7, and reside in a quiescent state orbiting the myofiber periphery adjacent to the basal lamina.

The cycloaddition is tolerant of nitrile and primary amide functional groups and can be complemented with a subsequent retro-Diels-Alder step. These efforts demonstrate that strained cyclic allenes can be used to build significant structural complexity and should encourage further studies of these fleeting intermediates.

Recent Findings: Studies that focus on decreasing sedentary behavior have utilized a wide variety of strategies in a number of settings.
The analysis of omic data depends on machine-readable information about protein interactions, modifications, and activities as found in protein interaction networks, databases of post-translational modifications, and curated models of gene and protein function. These resources typically depend heavily on human curation. Natural language processing systems that read the primary literature have the potential to substantially extend knowledge resources while reducing the burden on human curators.
