This study investigated the antimicrobial efficacy of graphene, titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2NPs), and calcium oxide nanoparticles (CaONPs) against various microorganisms in dairy wastewater. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of graphene was determined to be 41.66 mg/L for Escherichia coli and 33.

In such areas, management activities such as increasing water productivity in agricultural sector would be a key step towards sustainable development. Therefore, water resources management to improve the allocation of limited water supplies is essential.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFAssessment of streamflow variations under the influence of climate change and human activity is crucial for sustainable water resource management, especially in semiarid areas. In this study, we first used the Hydrograph Separation Program to separate and analyze the base flow index (BFI) that was impacted directly by human activity and precipitation as an important climate factor from 1967 to 2016 in the Dez River Basin. Second, the Mann-Kendall trend test was used to identify trends and change points.

Objective: This study aimed to compare the efficacy of two technics, amniotic allograft and free gingival graft (FGG), in improving the attached gingiva width (AGW) around the teeth.
Methods: In this randomized controlled clinical trial study, 28 patients all in need of increased AGW were randomly halved and assigned to a test group receiving the amniotic allograft and a control group treated by a palatal FGG.
This paper investigates an event-triggered control method for a class of nonlinear multi-agent systems, in which a group of followers surround a group of leaders. Dynamics of leaders and followers are assumed to be heterogeneous and to have unknown parameters. To deal with this problem, some adaptive laws and also controllers including event-triggered estimator of leaders' geometric center are proposed.
