Enterocutaneous fistula is an abnormal communication between the intestine and the skin, while enterovesical fistula is an abnormal communication between the intestine and the bladder. Both are not usual complications of ovarian cystectomy. We present a patient with enterovesical fistula coexisting with enterocutaneous fistula following ovarian cystectomy.
