Background: Nearly 1 in 3 older adults are living with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or subjective cognitive decline (SCD), which places them at increased risk of developing Alzheimer's disease or related dementias (ADRD). Behavioral interventions can improve cognitive function and reduce dementia risk factors, but most are in-person and time-intensive. We are conducting a randomized, controlled trial to assess the impact of 12- and 24-week online interventions on cognitive function and dementia risk.

Objective: Using a large multi-institutional dataset, we assessed diagnostic and prognostic significance of age in CD through differences in presentation, laboratory results, tumor characteristics, and postoperative outcomes.
Design: Data from the Registry of Adenomas of the Pituitary and Related Disorders (RAPID) were reviewed for patients with CD treated with transsphenoidal tumor resection at 11 centers between 2003 and 2023.
Background: Severe hemophilia A is managed with factor VIII replacement or hemostatic products that stop or prevent bleeding. Data on gene therapy with hematopoietic stem-cell (HSC)-based expression of factor VIII for the treatment of severe hemophilia A are lacking.
Methods: We conducted a single-center study involving five participants 22 to 41 years of age with severe hemophilia A without factor VIII inhibitors.

Importance: Timely intervention for clinically deteriorating ward patients requires that care teams accurately diagnose and treat their underlying medical conditions. However, the most common diagnoses leading to deterioration and the relevant therapies provided are poorly characterized.

Cytomegalovirus (CMV) reactivation is a major complication among seropositive allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation recipients; however, data on CMV reactivation after chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy are limited. We report the incidence and outcomes of 95 adult CMV-seropositive patients who received CAR T-cell therapy between February 2018 and February 2023. Methods: We performed a randomized, controlled trial with a Waitlist control group to determine whether an online, livestream, mind-body, group movement program (Moving Together, 1 hour, 2 days/week, 12 weeks) improves QOL in people with cognitive impairment (PWCI) or care partners (CPs) and explore mechanisms of action. The primary outcome for both participants was self-reported QOL.
Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (aHSCT) can cure patients with otherwise fatal leukemias and lymphomas.
