In the Boitchev-Andreiev operation the tip of the coracoid with the muscles having their origin here, is chiselled and after a transduction under the subscapular muscle it is refixed to its original place. One relapse from 28 cases was found in a mean follow up time of 3 years, in 2 cases subluxation was found. The average limitation of lateral rotation was 6.
