This work introduces a novel Mn(I)-catalyzed enantioselective alkylation methodology that efficiently produces a wide array of P-chiral phosphines with outstanding yields and enantioselectivities. Notably, the exceptional reactivity of Mn(I) complexes in these reactions is demonstrated by their effective catalysis with both typically reactive alkyl iodides and bromides, as well as with less reactive alkyl chlorides. This approach broadens the accessibility to various P-chiral phosphines and simplifies the synthesis of chiral tridentate pincer phosphines to a concise 1-2 step process, contrary to conventional, labor-intensive multistep procedures.

We accordingly constructed the protein diffusion-association/dissociation free energy surface and mapped it to 1D as the protein slides along DNA, maintaining the protein-DNA interfacial HB contacts that presumably dictate the DNA sequence information detection. Upon DNA helical path correction, the protein 1D diffusion rates along local DNA can be physically derived to be consistent with experimental measurements.

However, many photocatalysts for accomplishing such challenging task usually suffer from unspecific catalytic active sites and the inefficient charge carrier's separation. Here, a site-specific single-atom Ni/TiO catalyst is reported by in situ topological transformation of Ni-Ti-EG bimetallic metal-organic frameworks.

While laparoscopic transcystic common bile duct exploration (LTCBDE) is regarded as a challenging procedure for super-elderly patients with choledocholithiasis, there have been no reported cases of its use in super-elderly patients over the age of 96.
Case Summary: This case study presents the case of a 96-year-old female patient with acute calculous cholecystitis and choledocholithiasis.
Introduction: In recent years, significant progress has been made in regenerative medicine, specifically in using mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) due to their regenerative and differentiating abilities. An exciting development in this area is the utilization of exosomes derived from MSCs, which have shown promise in tissue restoration, immune system modulation, and cancer treatment.
Objectives: This study aims to analyze global research trends and the academic impact of MSCs-derived exosomes from 2014 to 2023, providing a comprehensive overview of this emerging field.
