Renal ischemia causes accumulation of middle-sized molecular components of peptide and non-peptide character in the blood. These substances, obtained from the blood by method of ultrafiltration are able to cause the marked lung injuries with formation of leukocyte and erythrocyte aggregations, endothelial lung cell injured and with the phenomenon of hyperhydration. The indicated changes are proportional by their expressiveness to the dose of administrated middle-sized molecules.

Relationships between circulating and marginal leukocyte pools in pulmonary diseases are complicated and heterogeneous. There is a certain phase cycle when the lungs either capture the activated cells or the activation takes place in pulmonary vessels followed by the cell release into the systemic blood stream.

It is for the first time in the development of atrophy of the muscle fiber physiological hypertrophy that an additional mechanism has been described of the formation of myosatellitocytes from segregated nucleosarcoplasmic sites. An analysis is provided of ultrastructural reorganization of satellite cells in long-term restriction of motor activity.

Morphologic studies, carried out by three methods, by van Gieson's, Schmorl's methods, and with the use of 0.1% solution of safranin T, have revealed heretofore unknown structures lying beyond the tooth rudiment of white noninbred rats and disappearing in the course of ontogenesis. The mechanism of the formation of autonomic circulation of the dental follicle, unrelated to the animal body, has been shown.
