Genomic surveillance detected clonal sequence type-361 isolates carrying , , , and from a patient in Ukraine and four wounded foreign soldiers evacuated to Germany. Isolates were non-susceptible to carbapenems, aminoglycosides, and cefiderocol and aztreonam/avibactam due to a PBP3 YRIN insertion and the AmpC β-lactamase. Coordinated surveillance efforts across civilian, military, and veteran healthcare systems are essential to prevent further spread as international volunteers return home after medical evacuation from Ukraine.

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of an enhanced ONS (enriched in EPA, DHA, leucine, and beta-glucans) on the dietary intake of cancer patients.
Methods: A randomized, double-blind, parallel, controlled, and multicenter clinical trial was conducted in patients with cancer and malnutrition. The trial compared prescribed dietary advice and two packs per day, for 8 weeks, of a hypercaloric (400 kcal/pack) and hyperproteic ONS (20 g/pack) with fiber and specific ingredients (leucine, EPA and DHA, and beta-glucans) (enhanced-ONS) versus an isocaloric and isoproteic formula (standard-ONS) without specific ingredients.
The tendency over the last decades in the aerospace industry is to substitute classic metallic materials with new composite materials such as carbon fiber composites (CFC), fiber glass, etc., as well as adding electronic devices to ensure the safety and proper platform operation. Due to this, to protect the aircraft against the Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3), it is mandatory to develop accurate electromagnetic (EM) characterization measurement systems to analyze the behavior of new materials and electronic components.
