Purpose: To describe the therapeutic benefits of scleral lenses in the management of severe ocular surface disease attributable to toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) and Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS).

We report a case of anal cancer with iris metastasis and summarize the iris metastasis literature. A 69 years old woman with a history of anal cancer presented with a visual field loss. Slit lamp examination showed a pink ovular mass on the iris of the left eye which was typical of iris metastasis.
