Valency of cystatin C and creatinine on troponin values in chronic kidney disease patients with chest pain in emergency department.

Objective: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients with chest pain (CP) should receive special attention in the emergency department (ED). Evaluating troponin levels is highly confusing. This study aims to compare Cystatin C (CysC) and creatinine on troponin results in CKD patients with CP in ED.

The relationship between inclusive leadership, organizational justice, work engagement and organizational citizenship behavior in healthcare workers.

Purpose: Based on social exchange theory, this study aims to determine the relationship between inclusive leadership in their managers and organizational justice perceived by healthcare workers and work engagement and organizational citizenship behavior.

Design/methodology/approach: A cross-sectional and correlational study was performed by healthcare workers ( = 330) working in a city hospital for at least six months in Türkiye. Descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis were used in data analysis.

Trust encourages members of communities to cooperate and provide public goods. However, the literature has yet to fully investigate how high and low trusting communities deal with collective action dilemmas with multiple solutions. The latter may raise the risk of coordination failure.

Aim: To determine the relationship between economic resources (household income), work volition and career adaptability and the perception of future decent work securement of senior nursing students based on the Psychology of Working Theory.

Background: Future decent work securement is essential for young people to successfully enter to working life after graduation. Therefore, identifying factors that affect future decent work can help make nursing a desirable career option.
