The cube architecture associated with the CeO nanoflowers (NFs) that generated, which had an average crystallization width of 7 nm, has been confirmed by X-ray crystallographic investigations. The method used is environmentally acceptable since it converts wasted banana peel extracts into CeO nanoflower. On the basis of artwork obtained from a High-Resolution Transmission Electron Microscope (HR-TEM), CeO nanoparticles have been observed to possess a spherical shape and an average particle diameter of 21 nm.

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocharbons (PAHs) are a class of highly toxic pollutants that are highly detrimental to the ecosystem. Landfill leechate emanated from municipal solid waste are reported to constitute significant PAHs. In the present investigation, three Fenton proceses, namely conventional Fenton, photo-fenton and electro-fenton methods have been employed to treat landfill leehcate for removing PAHs from a waste dumpig yard.

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, a prominent family of persistent organic molecules produced by both anthropogenic and natural processes, are widespread in terrestrial and aquatic environments owing to their hydrophobicity, electrochemical stability and low aqueous solubility. Phenanthrene and naphthalene belong to the group of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons whose occurrence are reported to be relatively higher. The bioremediation mode of removing the toxicities of these two compounds has been reported to be promising than other methods.
