Objective: Articular cartilage injury is central for the development of post-traumatic osteoarthritis (PTOA). With few disease-modifying therapies successful at offsetting progressive osteoarthritis (OA), our goal is to use a high throughput screening platform of cartilage injury to identify novel chondroprotective compounds.
