Objective: Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is important in the treatment and regulation of diabetic patients. In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the effects of medical nutrition therapy on Pentraxin-3, hsCRP and body composition analysis in Type 2 diabetes patients (DM).
Methods: This study included 160 individuals who were admitted and diagnosed with Type 2 DM.
The role of vitamin D in calcium absorption and bone health is known. The studies revealed that vitamin D modulates breast cancer cell growth and it is also associated with a reduced breast cancer risk. The primary objective of this study was to highlight the metabolic effect of Vitamin D on MCF-7 breast cancer cell line.
