We report the case of a 19-year-old professional volleyball player who presented with right shoulder pain exacerbated during sports activity. On physical examination, infraspinatus atrophy was evident. As the clinical setting suggested suprascapular nerve entrapment syndrome, shoulder MR and later CT were performed.

Introduction And Objective: One of the consequences of the CKD, is the deterioration of the functional capacity, being able to manifest from different stages of the disease, until renal replacement therapy. The objective of this study was to determine the functionality of patients with CKD through functional capacity test, valuing the usefulness of the SPPB as a screening test in parallel.

Background: Abiraterone acetate and enzalutamide are standard treatments for chemotherapy-naive metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (CN-mCRPC). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of these medications in elderly (≥ 75 years old) compared with young CN-mCRPC patients in a real-world clinical setting. Background: Rotavirus is acknowledged as an important cause of paediatric gastroenteritis worldwide. In Spain, comprehensive data on the burden of rotavirus disease was lacking.

Methods: A prospective, multicenter, observational study was carried out, during the winter season, from October to April 2014 in selected areas of Spain (Catalonia, Basque Country, Andalusia) to estimate the frequency and characteristics of acute gastroenteritis (AGE) and rotavirus gastroenteritis (RVGE) in children ≤3 years of age seeking medical care in primary care and emergency department centres.
