Bullous type 2 lepra reactions are a rare initial presentation in leprosy that can complicate the disease with vesiculo-bullous lesions. Case Presentation: A 38-year-old patient was admitted with a diagnosis of alcohol-induced acute pancreatitis and managed conservatively.
