The loss of anterior teeth may be transient solved by temporary adhesive bridges (Oslo bridge, Rochette, Ellmann, Neumann, Tschemitscheck, Armatron systems). Provisional crowns and bridges could be used for Brackets fixing. Anterior bridge with subocclusal connector permits transversal expansion.
