Carbon dots (CDs) with circularly polarized afterglow (CPA) materials have drawn increasing attention as cutting-edge research in the field of chiral luminescence owing to their promising applications in various fields. However, due to the weak optical activity of chiral CDs and the limited afterglow color of phosphorescent CDs, it is still a formidable challenge to construct multicolor CD-based CPA materials with a high luminescence dissymmetry factor (). Herein, positively charged aggregation-induced emission (AIE) CDs were prepared using dithiosalicylic acid and ionic liquid as precursors.

Methods: Between June 2015 and March 2023, 27,843 newborns were enrolled in the study. All participants were screened by otoacoustic emissions at 2 days of age.
Objectives: To establish an MRI-based model for microvascular invasion (MVI) prediction in mass-forming intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (MF-iCCA) and further evaluate its potential survival and therapeutic benefit.
Methods: One hundred and fifty-six pathologically confirmed MF-iCCAs with traditional surgery (121 in training and 35 in validation cohorts), 33 with neoadjuvant treatment and 57 with first-line systemic therapy were retrospectively included. Univariate and multivariate regression analyses were performed to identify the independent predictors for MVI in the traditional surgery group, and an MVI-predictive model was constructed.
Background: To prioritize the introducing of new vaccines into China's National Immunization Program (NIP) among 10 candidate vaccines across four classes.
Methods: We developed a vaccine value framework using Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) to simulate the introduction of new vaccines into NIP, covering 21 criteria encompassing six dimensions: safety, effectiveness, economy, innovation, accessibility, and appropriateness. Two decision scenarios were considered: Scenario One prioritized the four classes of vaccines, while Scenario Two identified specific vaccines within each class.
Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor, whose growth and metastasis are influenced by numerous factors. MicroRNAs have garnered increasing attention in recent years due to their involvement in tumor development. Exosomes are involved in intercellular signaling and influence tumor development by promoting tumor cell proliferation and metastasis through activation of angiogenesis and other mechanisms.
