Here presented the features of formation of endotoxemia at microsaturnism. Here are the results of the retrospective study of toxininduced autoimmune activity and their role in toxemia depending on the degree of exposure of lead. Investigated the mechanisms of production of toxins and damaging potentials activity, molecular size toxins and parameters of their distribution and accumulation in the blood stream, due to the strength of toxinbearing fractions depending on the degree of microsaturnism.

A technique is submitted of separation of blood serum into constituent fractions with subsequent assaying of cytolytic activity (toxicity) of each of the blood substances relative to autologous leukocytes. The elaborated techniques for the study into toxicity permits not only ascertaining the presence of toxicosis together with degree of its severity but also gives the clinician an opportunity to individualize the multicomponent detoxicating therapy indications.

Inhibition of rabbit skeletal muscle glycogen phosphorylase b by 5-methyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrofolic acid, 3'-chloro- and 3',5'-dichloromethotrexates has been studied. The inhibition is reversible and characterized by positive kinetic cooperativity (Hill coefficient exceeds 1). The values of pterin concentration causing two-fold diminishing of the enzymatic reaction rate increased in the order: 3',5'-dichloromethotrexate, 3'-chloromethotrexate, 5-methyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrofolic acid (0.
