This study was designed to investigate the protective effect and mechanism of Sufentanil on acute lung injury in septic mice based on network pharmacology and animal experiments, and to provide new ideas for clinical treatment. To this end, a protein-protein interaction (PPI) network for common targets was first constructed with Swiss Target Prediction Database, GeneCards Database, Draw Venn Diagram Software, STRING 11.5 Database, Cytoscape 3.

Photocatalytic reduction of CO to valuable chemicals is an effective strategy to address the environmental problems and energy crisis. Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are emerging materials known for their excellent diverse properties, albeit limited by special synthetic methods, including high temperature (120 °C) and the necessity of inert gas atmosphere. Herein, a novel synthesis method under room temperature and air was optimized to form TpPa-COF (TP-COF) by p-phenylenediamine (Pa) and 2,4,6-triformyl phloroglucinol (Tp) through electrostatic self-assembly.

Purpose: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a prevalent endocrine disorder and the primary cause of anovulatory infertility among women aged 15-49 years. Despite its significance, it has been largely overlooked in global health discussions, with persistently high prevalence and incidence rates. This public health challenge necessitates attention both domestically and internationally.
