Resveratrol oligomers, ranging from dimers to octamers, are formed through regioselective synthesis involving the phenoxy radical coupling of resveratrol building blocks, exhibiting remarkable therapeutic potential, including antidiabetic properties. In this study, we elucidate the mechanistic insights into the insulin secretion potential of a resveratrol dimer, (-)-Ampelopsin F (AmF), isolated from the acetone extract of Vatica chinensis L. stem bark in Pancreatic Beta-TC-6 cell lines.

There are many cases reported in literature where there have been misdiagnosis with respect to pulmonary TB as foreign body or foreign bodies as pulmonary TB.

A new coronavirus has been identified as the contributing agent of the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). The main viral protease (M), which controls the activities of the coronavirus replication complex, which is an essential target for the treatment of coronavirus disease. With the primary objective of targeting this receptor, we designed a new series of pyrrolo [3,2-] pyrroles, synthesized and characterized using various analytical techniques including FT-IR, UV-Vis and NMR spectroscopic studies.

A novel vicinal diepoxide of alloaureothin was isolated from Streptomyces sp. NIIST-D31 strain along with three carboxamides, p-aminobenzoic acid and 1,6-dimethoxyphenazine. Exhaustive 2D NMR analysis and analysis of experimental, theoretical CD spectra aided in establishing the structure of compound 1.
