[Multidisciplinary approach to counseling in Huntington's disease].

The recent cloning of the Huntington's disease gene now allows definitive presymptomatic and even prenatal testing. This achievement has posed a considerable challenge for the genetic counselor. We present the multidisciplinary approach implemented in our center, and experience in our first 13 diagnoses.

[The effect of changing boundary conditions on the stress state in the tooth model].

The problem of a vertical load acting on a tooth model under strong fixation of the root is investigated by the method of finite elements. The regions of the tooth fracture are determined. The changes of the tooth stress state caused by bone resorption are analyzed.
