The progression of colorectal cancer is strongly influenced by environmental and genetic conditions. One of the key factors is tumor heterogeneity which is extensively studied by cfDNA and bulk sequencing methods; however, we lack knowledge regarding its effects at the single-cell level. Motivated by this, we aimed to employ an end-to-end single-cell sequencing workflow from tissue-derived sample isolation to exome sequencing.

We demonstrated that some of the key roles of the CLA complex can be attributed to the connectivity and function of a small group of neurons in its ventral subregion, the endopiriform (EN). We identified a subpopulation of EN neurons by their projection to the ventral CA1 (EN.

Materials And Methods: The proposed SegResNet-based DL model was trained on 70 CBCT scans. It was tested on 10 pairs of pre- and post-operative CBCT scans of patients who underwent mandibular horizontal GBR.
Objectives: To assess blood flow alterations after horizontal Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR) and to evaluate correlations between blood flow and hard tissue changes.
Method And Materials: Twelve mandibular surgical sites were involved in the current case series. GBR was carried out using a split-thickness flap design.
