Background: Multifrequency MR elastography (mMRE) enables noninvasive quantification of renal stiffness in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). Manual segmentation of the kidneys on mMRE is time-consuming and prone to increased interobserver variability.
Purpose: To evaluate the performance of mMRE combined with automatic segmentation in assessing CKD severity.

The primary node molecules in the cell signaling network in cancer tissues are maladjusted and mutated in comparison to normal tissues, which promotes the occurrence and progression of cancer. Pancreatic cancer (PC) is a highly fatal cancer with increasing incidence and low five-year survival rates. Currently, there are several therapies that target cell signaling networks in PC.

Here, we report that 29 genomes from Petota and Etuberosum sections were de novo assembled, and that 248 accessions of wild potatoes, landraces and modern cultivars were re-sequenced at > 25× depth to assess genetic diversity within the Petota section. Subsequently, a graph-based pangenome was constructed by using DM8.

However, its inherent instability limits further applications. In this work, a new strategy for the synthesis of HKUST-1 to encapsulate CINs by in situ growth method using copper-ammonia fiber as precursors is proposed.
