The ratio of bile acids in the bile of rats with alloxan diabetes was investigated using the method of thin-layer chromatography. Changes of coefficients of conjugation and hydroxylation of bile acids were calculated and analyzed in half-hour samples of bile obtained during the 3-hour experiment. It has been found that the processes of conjugation of cholic acid with glycine and taurine are inhibited in alloxan diabetes.

Participation ofproteolytic enzymes, especially, caspases and calpains in rat's thymocytes under apoptosis induced by X-ray exposure has been investigated. The increase of caspase-3, caspase-6 and calpains activity 30 min and 3 h after irradiation is accompanied by enhancing of the number of cell at early and final stages of apoptosis, which was identified both at the level of plasmatic membrane and at the level of nuclear compartment.

It has been established, that the total X-ray irradiation of animals takes influence upon the functional activity of key enzymes of adenine nucleotides metabolism: adenylatekinase, AMP deaminase, 5'-nucleotidase, adenosine deaminase and purine nucleoside phosphorylase in rat's thymocytes. The increase of activity of the investigated enzymes is observed in our experiment, except 5'-nucleotidase, which activity is authentically decreasing after irradiation (1.0 and 7.

The influence of hypergravity (5, 8, 12 N.m2/kg2 for 15 min) on the activity of the antioxidant enzyme catalase and superoxide dismutase has been investigated in the blood, brain and liver tissues of rats in 15, 30, 60 min., and in 1, 3, 7 days after loading.

The dynamics of primary aliphatic amines (ethylamine, propylamine) effects on the processes of oxidative phosphorylation in rat liver mitochondria was estimated. The inhibiting action of ethylamine and propylamine on the oxidative phosphorylation processes in the rat liver mitochondria was revealed.
