The aim of our study is to provide clinicopathologic and imaging features of breast primary angiosarcoma. We retrospectively analyzed cases of primary angiosarcoma diagnosed at the Pathological Laboratory of Lomé over a period of 20 years (2000-2019). Eight cases of primary angiosarcoma of the breast were collected, including 6 from women and 2 from men.
