Background: Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) testing remains controversial due to the debate about overdetection and overtreatment. Given the lack of published data regarding PSA testing rates in the population with spinal cord injury (SCI) within the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), there is concern for potential disparities and overtesting in this patient population. In this study, we sought to identify and evaluate national PSA testing rates in veterans with SCI.

Objective: To evaluate the potential of ethyl-2-(tosylmethyl)acrylate (ASEE) as chain transfer agent for the development of low-shrinkage photopolymerizable dental composites.

Methods: Composites containing 10, 20 and 30 mol% of ASEE in their organic matrix were formulated. Camphorquinone (CQ)/ethyl 4-(dimethylamino)benzoate (EDAB) (0.

Background And Objective: Radical nephroureterectomy (RNU) represents the gold standard treatment for non-metastatic upper tract urothelial cancer. We sought to provide a comprehensive review of reported oncologic outcomes of the RNU procedure and of factors that might impact these outcomes.

Methods: A non-systematic review of the literature was conducted by performing an electronic literature search using PubMed with "radical nephroureterectomy" and "oncologic outcomes" as free text search terms.

Objectives: Currently used thiourea-based two-component dental materials may release bitter compounds if they are not properly cured. To address this issue, the objective of this study was to evaluate the potential of acylthiourea oligomers as reducing agents for the development of self-cure composites.

Methods: Acylthiourea oligomers ATUO1-3 were synthesized via cotelomerization of the acylthiourea methacrylate ATU1 with butyl methacrylate.

CD19-directed chimeric antigen receptor T cells (CAR-T) have emerged as a highly efficacious treatment for patients with relapsed/refractory (r/r) B cell lymphoma (BCL). The value of CAR-T for these patients is indisputable, but one-off production costs are high, and little is known about the ancillary resource consumption associated with CAR-T treatment. Here, we compared the resource use and costs of CAR-T treatment with high-dose chemotherapy followed by autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) for patients with r/r BCL.
