Conventional indirect biomarkers of glomerular filtration rate (GFR) have their limitations, and are not efficient in detecting early decreases in glomerular filtration rate. Considering intraoperative findings, cytoreductive surgery with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) were performed, followed by adjuvant chemotherapy.
