GENITALS MUTILATING SURGERIES (FEMALE CIRCUMCISION): LEGAL MEASURES OF COUNTERACTION.

Objective: The aim: To highlight legal measures of counteraction to genitals mutilating surgeries (female circumcision) and the perspectives for their possible improvement.

[COUNTERACTION TO CORRUPTION DURING PUBLIC PROCUREMENT OF MEDICINAL PRODUCTS].

The purpose of the article is to carry out a comparative analysis of common manifestations of corruption and corruption risks during public procurement of medicinal products in Ukraine and foreign countries in order to find effective ways to counteract to such cases. The materials of the research were the provisions of foreign legislation, national regulatory legal acts in the health care sector. Theoretical basis of the article is research focused on various aspects of combating corruption in the field of medicine, ways to prevent and minimize cases of corruption manifestations, improvement of anti-corruption measures during public procurement of medicinal products.

[SALERNO HEALTH CODE AS A SOURCE OF MEDICAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL KNOWLEDGE].

The purpose of the article is to comprehensively disclose the meaning and relevance of the Salerno Health Code as a medieval source of medical and philosophical memo. In the process of writing a scientific article, the authors have used theoretical, empirical, and historical methods of scientific knowledge, in particular, methods of analysis, synthesis, deduction, comparison, the historical method, and the description method. In addition, the analysis of medical legislation, publications in the media and scientific periodicals, allowed us to study the essence and features of the Salerno Health Code.

The way the health care system in ukraine looks like: international practices within national realities.

Objective: Introduction: Nowadays there is the transformation of the national health care system in Ukraine, the ultimate goal of which is to create a modern, competitive model of medical care of citizens on the basis of forming packages of free medical services. However, the model adopted by Ukraine is in contradiction with national legislation in part of free medical aid guaranteed by the Art. 49 of the Constitution of Ukraine, and fragmentary considers positive international practices.

Tendencies for the falsification of medicinal products in ukraine: general analysis and areas of counteraction.

Objective: Introduction: Ukrainian counterfeit pharmaceutical market affects pharmaceutical manufacturers' image and threatens citizens' lives and health. The aim:of the article is to identify and systematize the causes and methods of pharmacy drugs' falsification, grounding the need for certain areas of counteraction.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: Empirical base includes Ukrainian legislation, international acts, statistical data of the WHO, State Register of Medicinal Products of Ukraine, General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, Unified State Register of Court Decisions, media materials, journalistic investigations.
