Background: Endometriosis, impacting roughly 10% of reproductive-age women and girls globally, presents diagnostic challenges that can cause significant delays between symptom onset and medical confirmation. The aim of the current study was to explore the experience of women with endometriosis as well as that of their partners, from pre-diagnosis to diagnosis to post-diagnosis.

Enhancing the reproducibility and comprehension of adaptive immune receptor repertoire sequencing (AIRR-seq) data analysis is critical for scientific progress. This study presents guidelines for reproducible AIRR-seq data analysis, and a collection of ready-to-use pipelines with comprehensive documentation. To this end, ten common pipelines were implemented using ViaFoundry, a user-friendly interface for pipeline management and automation.

Acute kidney injury (AKI) is extremely prevalent among hospitalizations and presents a significant risk for the development of chronic kidney disease and increased mortality. Ischemia caused by shock, trauma, and transplant are common causes of AKI. To attenuate ischemic AKI therapeutically, we need a better understanding of the physiological and cellular mechanisms underlying damage.
