[Detection of a factor that intensifies leukocyte migration in chick embryo allantoic fluid infected with influenza virus and a study of its effect on the formation of humoral immunity in guinea pigs].

The allantoic fluid of influenza A/Hong Kong/1/68 virus-infected chick embryos was found to contain a factor enhancing guinea pig leukocyte migration. Intraperitoneal inoculation of guinea pigs with the allantoic fluid containing this factor inhibited synthesis of specific antibodies to influenza virus and sheep erythrocytes.
