Humans adapt their life history strategy and lifestyle behavior to the environment. The social restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic in the years 2020-2021 led to changes in diet and physical activity habits in large parts of populations worldwide. Additionally, many people reported an increase in body weight during the pandemic.

The clinical use of aztreonam.

Aztreonam is the first monobactam antibiotic to be used clinically. The analgesic effect was good, except for one patient where general anesthesia was necessary. The authors recommend the multilocular application of the anesthetic, because the parametrial tissue in non-pregnant women has not the same density, hence a different uptake of the local anesthetic.
