Statement Of The Problem: During endodontic therapy, irrigation solutions applied in the root canal may affect the physicochemical properties of the dentinal wall, thereby changing its microhardness. This may adversely affect the sealing ability and adhesion of dental materials. Therefore, many studies have focused on the search for an ideal root canal irrigant that has a minimal effect on dentinal microhardness.

Nonextraction Management of Severe Crowding in a Growing Patient with Borderline Malocclusion: Case Report.

Unlabelled: A borderline case presents with mild skeletal disharmony or orthodontic problems due to arch length discrepancy and migration of teeth or a combination of these but is masked by a balanced soft tissue relationship. This case report describes one such borderline case of a 13-year-old girl who complained of irregularly placed upper and lower front teeth. Extraoral examination revealed balanced soft tissue with a mild convex profile, competent lips, and an average nasolabial angle.

Background: Ventricular septal defect (VSD) is the most common congenital cardiac malformation, accounting for approximately 30% of congenital heart defects. Conventional surgical repair using cardiopulmonary bypass is invasive and associated with morbidities and prolonged hospital stay. With the advent of interventional approaches and availability of different occluding devices, the technique of perventricular device closure is evolving and being implemented successfully in larger groups of patients.
