Background: Ambient artificial intelligence offers promise for improving documentation efficiency and reducing provider burden through clinical note generation. However, challenges persist in workflow integration, compliance, and widespread adoption. This study leveraged a Learning Health System (LHS) framework to align research and operations using a hybrid effectiveness-implementation protocol, embedded as pragmatic trial operations within the electronic health record (EHR).

By identifying patients with depressive symptoms, we can intervene early with referrals to mental health resources and improve outcomes. The aim of our quality improvement project was to increase and maintain rates of standardized depression screening for youth with cSLE seen within our pediatric rheumatology clinic.

G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) are the largest family of cell surface receptors in humans, playing a crucial role in regulating diverse cellular processes and serving as primary drug targets. Traditional drug design has primarily focused on ligands that uniformly activate or inhibit GPCRs. However, the concept of biased agonism-where ligands selectively stabilize distinct receptor conformations, leading to unique signaling outcomes-has introduced a paradigm shift in therapeutic development.

Variation in cohesion between individuals, in turn, shapes important group-level processes such as subgroup formation and fission-fusion dynamics. Although critical to animal sociality, a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing cohesion remains a gap in our knowledge of cooperative behavior in animals.

State-of-the-art velocity-resolved kinetics experiments have made tremendous progress in this arena but integrate reactivity over centimeter-scale single-crystal catalytic surfaces even when complex spatial phenomena may perturb the kinetic results. We report a new design, optimization, and analysis of an ion imaging microscope that can collect spatially resolved kinetic data from a catalytic surface.
