Objective: To identify, describe, and organize the available evidence regarding systemic oncological treatments compared to best supportive care (BSC) for advanced gastresophageal cancer.
Methods: We conducted a thorough search across MEDLINE (PubMed), EMbase (Ovid), The Cochrane Library, Epistemonikos, PROSPERO, and Clinicaltrials.gov.

Post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy) has become a promising option after allo-SCT, but infections may be more common than in traditional protocols. We herein report 117 consecutive adults who received PTCy-based alloSCT in our hospital: HaploSCT (34%), MRD (19%), and VUD (47%), respectively. The 18-month incidence of severe bacterial, viral, and IFI was 56%, 69%, and 8.

Summary Of Key Points: Five articles were used that compared key clinical findings, walking characteristics, and muscle firing patterns of participants with CP and ITW. Differences in these components allow participants with CP and ITW to be classified into different movement system diagnoses to better target plan of care.
The extent of heterogeneity among driver gene mutations present in naturally occurring metastases-that is, treatment-naive metastatic disease-is largely unknown. To address this issue, we carried out 60× whole-genome sequencing of 26 metastases from four patients with pancreatic cancer. We found that identical mutations in known driver genes were present in every metastatic lesion for each patient studied.

The mechanisms by which they cause hematogenous metastasis have not been fully explored. (;; ) mice were generated, and the frequency and morphology of organ-specific hematogenous metastases compared with that seen in and littermates ().
