[The differentiated phytotherapy of patients with duodenal peptic ulcer].

Resulted are analysed of complex treatment of 103 patients with duodenal ulcer. Infusions and concoctions of medicinal plants were used. The regimen of administration and composition of the cocktail from herbs depended on the character of gastric secretion and dyskinesia of the gastroduodenal zone as well as on the presence of concomitant diseases; cholecystitis, gastritis, hepatitis, pancreatitis, enterocolitis.

[Disruption of the electrolyte and microelement composition of gastric juice and bile in patients with chronic diseases of the hepatobiliary system].

A study is presented of 403 patients with chronic diseases of the stomach and biliary tract. It was established that these patients showed disorders of the electrolytic and micro-element composition of the gastric juice and bile depending on the functional state of the stomach and liver.

[Methodological features of teaching clinical pharmacology].

The paper is concerned with experience in teaching clinical pharmacology in the Donetsk Medical Institute. The authors discuss the appropriateness of teaching clinical pharmacology (CP) to fourth-year students, lectures in CP to fourth-, fifth- and sixth-year students in accordance with the study of the main clinical specialties (therapy, surgery, pediatrics, etc.), and introduction of a cycle of lectures and practical studies on CP in the curriculum of clinicians' postgraduate education.
